Balcony is an entertainment product that lets users make movie-related predictions and earn virtual points.

No gambling or monetary value

Balcony does not offer real-money wagering. Virtual points have no cash value, cannot be purchased for cash-out, and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes unless a future promotion explicitly states otherwise under separate terms.

Prediction results

Predictions are resolved using the criteria shown in the app and available information relevant to each question. Balcony may correct obvious scoring or data errors when necessary.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate scoring, or use Balcony in violation of applicable law.

Availability

Features, movies, prediction stages, and scoring rules may change as the product evolves.
